O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 1st respondent to survey her agricultural land comprised in Survey Nos.17/2A1 and 17/2A2 at Navalur Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District by considering her online application dated 12.04.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, the above mentioned property belonged to her and she submitted an online application on 12.04.2024 seeking survey of the land and the same has not been considered by the respondents.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the 1st respondent submitted that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the said position, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 12.04.2024 seeking survey of her lands and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
