The learned counsel for the Petitioner Mrs.Kala Ramesh and the learned counsel for the respondent Mr.R.JaiKumar for R2 are present. The Writ Petition No.19197 of 2013 is filed against the award passed in C.P.No.613 of 1998, on the file of II Additional Labour Court, Chennai, dated 19.12.2012. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Government of Tamil Nadu has to pay the Pension to the second respondent and the writ petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
taking steps to disburse the amount of pension of a sum of Rs.1,83,480/-(Rupees one lakh eighty three thousand four hundred and eighty only) with interest after getting suitable order from the Government of Tamil Nadu. The second respondent is already 70 years old and is a senior citizen, and the third respondent is directed to take steps for the disbursement of the pension amount of the second respondent. The Government of Tamil Nadu is directed to take necessary steps in this regard, immediately.
