(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore vide judgment dated 02.03.2020 in S.C. No.242 of 2010, the petitioner/A6 has filed this petition.

2. The earlier petition in Crl.M.P.No.12578 of 2021 in Crl. A. No.348 of 2020 filed by the petitioner to suspend the sentence was dismissed by this Court on 18.02.2022. Though the present petition is filed after a period of more than one year, this Court finds no change in circumstances to suspend the sentence.

3. Having regard to the fact that the allegation against A6 is that he is a contract killer and that he was seen at the scene of occurrence, this Court is not inclined to show any indulgence to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
