This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the respondents to withdraw the Lookout Circular issued against Praveen Kumar Rajasekar (Passport No.J0869260) in relation to Cr. No.1 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent police.

In view of the quashment of the proceedings in C.C. No.5299 of 2015 on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, which emanated from Cr. No.1 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police, vide separate order passed by this Court today in Crl.O.P. Nos.17195 and 1433 of 2016 and Crl.O.P. No.3220 of 2017, the second respondent police are directed to immediately recall the lookout circular that has been issued against the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed with the above direction. Connected Crl.M.P. is closed.
