ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that after the interim order was passed, the impugned order has been cancelled and further order has been passed on 02.09.2024, posting the petitioner in the original place. The learned counsel would further submit that thereafter, the 4th respondent was transferred and posted at Salem District. Therefore, both the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent has accommodated in their respective places. Hence nothing survives in the present writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed. 09.07.2025 ssi Index : Yes Speaking Order : Yes /No 2/4
