2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has been already considered by the 1st respondent and hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the above said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
