Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to perform the Aadi Cultural programs on 08.09.2016 at Sri Kani Venra Vinayagar Temple, North Seplanatham, Viruthachalam Taluk Cuddalore District between the time of 6 pm to 10.00 p.m. and harmony in the village as per the practice and custom that has been in vogue for many decades.
