Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024 for closure of the School and resume the petitioner's land situated at survey number 103 at No.2/71, Kumaran Nagar, Jawahar Nagar Post, Chennai. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner have been running School and over the years student strength were vintling and there is no purpose in conducting School. Hence the petitioner has sent representation on 28.08.2024 seeking to give no objection certificate for closure of the School and such representation is pending with the respondents. 2/4

4.At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.

5.In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024 upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of.
