PRAYER: This Writ petition came to be numbered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by way of transfer of O.A.No. 1689 of 2004 from the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to give notional promotion to the petitioner as Veterinary and Livestock Supervisor and further promotion as Senior Veterinary and Livestock Supervisor from the date on which the juniors of the petitioner were promoted as per the panel dated 01.10.1999; to direct the respondent to give consequential monetary and pensionary benefits to the petitioner; and to pass further orders.

Mr. M.K. Krishnan, filed O.A. 2. After the matter came on transfer as Writ petition to this Court, no one appeared on 26.02.2015. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today. Again no one appeared for the petitioner.
3. In view of repeated non-appearance for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
