This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No.5749 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.964 of 2022 dated 03.04.2024. 2.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the 1st working day of every English calender month until further orders.
