For Petitioner : Mr.R.Balaramesh in all the CRPs.

******* C O M M O N O R D E R The grievance of the petitioner is that the entire amounts due under the award have been paid. But, still the executing Court is proceeding with the execution on a wrong assumption that some more amounts were due. 3/6

2. This is a factual question, which cannot be decided by me, sitting in a Revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. It is very much open to the petitioner to approach the executing Court and file a calculation showing that the entire amounts has been paid and I am sure that the executing Court will apply its mind as well as law on the point and decide accordingly.

3. I do not see any necessity to entertain these Civil Revision Petitions and they are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
