PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue No objection certificate or Clean chit of acquittal from the case No. 139/2005 and 140/2005 on basis of the Common Order dated 02.12.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Original Petition Nos. 5438 of 2016 and 5457 of 2016. This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Second respondent to issue No objection certificate or clean chit of acquittal of the petitioner in case No. 139/2005 and 140/2005 in the common order pass by this court in Criminal Original Petition No. 5438 of 2016 and 5457 of 2016 dated 02.12.2022. 2.In the considered view of this court, the petitioner is seeking for Hon'ble Acquittal and for that purpose this Writ Petition has been filed. The petition is not maintainable in view of the Hon'ble Division Bench judgement of this Court in C.Surendhar Vs. The Director General of Police, Chennai and Ors. reported in 2019 (6) CTC 465. 2/4

Same request that was made in the Criminal Original Petition No. 5438 of 2016 and 5457 of 2016 was also rejected.
