ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after grant of bail on 21.07.2025, the petitioner had executed sureties on 24.07.2025 and he has come out on bail. As per the condition in paragraph No.8 [a], the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,83,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.344 of 2025 within a period of 10 days. The petitioner is short of Rs.50,000/-. He has already mobilised Rs.2,33,000/- and seeks few days extension, i.e. on or https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
before 07.08.2025, he would deposit the same and requested that the lower Court to accept, since it is beyond the period of 10 days as per the bail order. 2.In view of the above, the trial Court is directed to accept the petitioner's deposit of Rs.2,83,000/- till 07.08.2025. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. In the event of non-compliance of the order, the bail order would automatically stands vacated and the respondent shall secure the petitioner. 3.One of the intervenor submitted that he is having right of withdrawing the deposited amount.
