The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st day of English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12837 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8837 of 2023 dated 21.08.2023.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is still pending.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
