ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 23.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.24951 of 2022 in W.P.No.25871 of 2022, thereby granting interim stay of notice issued by the college on 25.08.2022 until further orders.

The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and they issued mark sheet to all the MBBS students and all are undergoing their Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship (CRMI) in the Government Medical College & Hospital, Cuddalore District. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Sub Applications are also closed.
