This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.14 of 2023, which has been filed for partition in respect of agricultural properties.

2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer that is sought for in the revision, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The suit for partition has been filed on 02.01.2023 and the pleadings are also found to be completed. In view of the above, taking into consideration the nature of the relief sought for, the Subordinate Court, Gingee, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.14 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
