Originally OA.No. 1668 of 2004 has been filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench praying to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order of recovery issued by the respondent in Proc Na.Ka.No.1890/K1/01 dated 24.03.2004 and quash the same. Since the Tamilnadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, OA.No. 1668/2004 was received by Transfer and numbered as Writ petition No. 17939 of 2007.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner has died and the issue involved in this writ petition has abated. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent is present.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
