The application has been filed seeking permission to file the reply to the written statement already filed on behalf of the defendants.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the additional pleadings are required and there is no new cause which traverses from the original pleadings. It is also stated that there is no change in the cause of action. It is further stated that this reply statement is required consequent to the facts stated by the 2nd defendant in the written statement.

3. Since it is only appropriate that the parties are permitted to plead all the averments in the nature of pleadings and an obligation is placed on them to substantiate the same by way of tendering evidence, after hearing the learned counsel for the 2nd defendant also, the application stands allowed. The reply statement filed, is taken on record.

4. Post the suit under the caption "for framing of issues" on 14.11.2022.
