This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No.6723 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1406 of 2023 dated 24.04.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is attending trial at Special Court under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, (Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial of Bomb Blast Cases), Poonamallee, Chennai on day to day basis and that apart, as per the bail condition, he is appearing on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month. Since the petitioner is continuously appearing before the Court at Poonamallee, the condition imposed in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.6723 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1406 of 2023 dated 24.04.2024 to appear before the Salem Court would cause inconvenience and thus, we are inclined to relax the condition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is relaxed.
