Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorari fied Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent dated 17.08.2016 and quash the same and to direct the 1st respondent to disburse the claim made by the petitioner for the death and loss of 112 + 80 sheeps respectively as per the claim form submitted by the petitioner along with certificates together with interest. O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the order of the first respondent dated 17.08.2016. The petitioner cannot challenge the order of the first respondent before this Court in this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner has to challenge the order impugned only before Ombudsman. For such purpose, office is directed to return the original documents to the petitioner which are enclosed along with this writ petition.

Subject to the above observations, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner shall prefer the appeal within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
