This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Para (2) of the order dated 29.07.2024..

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions, regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the said submission;

the nature of offences; the fact that the investigation is pending and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the George Town Court, Chennai for further remaining period of two weeks.
