PRAYER in both Crl.O.P.'s: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R. based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.09.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner in both these petitions is that petitioner is the Chief Manager of the State Bank of India, who lodged a complaint on 28.09.2021, against the borrowers of loan and since no action was taken the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent to take necessary action of the said complaint and since no action has been taken, the present Criminal Original Petitions have been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 02.11.2021 has been forwarded to the second respondent police and the same is pending. He further submitted that except the aforesaid complaint which was sent by post, none of the officials from the State Bank of India appeared before the respondents. He further submitted that the personal appearance of the petitioner is required for enquiry to verify the veracity of the complaint and the documents.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 16.12.2021,along with relevant documents and thereafter the second respondent shall conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

5. These Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with the above directions.
