This petition has been filed to amend one of the Section 448 of IPC instead of 488 of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.20695 of 2022 dated 30.08.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.20695 of 2022 dated 30.08.2022 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
