(CRIME NO.458/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to the effect that the petitioner is directd to appear before respondent daily at 10.00am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19405 of 2021 in dated 12.10.2021 in Cr.No.458 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUTHAMIZH SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19405 of 2021 on 12.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on firsr Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
