This petition has been filed for an extension of time to furnish sureties as per the order dated 04.06.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11844 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reason stated in the petition that, due to the avocation of the petitioner, he is unable to execute the sureties in time and also taking into consideration the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to extend the time to execute the sureties.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and further time is extended for one month from today to execute the sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11844 of 2024 dated 04.06.2024.
