O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus and direct the fist respondent to forthwith conduct the General Body Meeting of Masjid-e-Javeed for creation of new Bye laws by duly appointing an Executive Officer to the Masjid-e- Javeed Wakf to take charge of the day to day administration of Masjid-eJaveed with immediate effect and publish the report of Audit conducted by Senior Accounts Officer, Tamil Nadu Wakf Board; and consequently direct the first respondent to conduct a free and fair Election under the direct supervision of Waqf Board Officer. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the regular Musalli (one who attends prayers) of Masjid-e-Javeed and there are huge mal practices done by the third 2/5
respondent and one of the Masjid Member M.K.Mustafa made representation to the first respondent in this regard and since there was no action, the said M.K.Mustafa filed W.P.No.23262 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 28.10.2021 issued direction to the respondents therein to consider the said representation and to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to which, the first respondent passed order on 18.05.2022, however, the same has not yet been implemented.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that pursuant to the representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was rejected and thereafter election was conducted and Administrative Committee consisting of 24 members were elected to administer Masjid-e-Javeed Wakf from 17.09.2023 to 16.08.2026 and the elected persons also assumed office. If at all the petitioner have any grievance, he has to work out the remedy before the Wakf Tribunal.
4.Heard the arguments advanced on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5.Perusal of records reveal that election was conducted and Administrative Committee consisting of 24 members were elected to administer Masjid-e-Javeed Wakf from 17.09.2023 to 16.08.2026 and the elected persons also assumed office. If at all the petitioner have any grievance, he has to work out the remedy before the Wakf Tribunal. The writ petition is dismissed.
