ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the third respondent to register the complaint dated 2.9.2013 alleged to have been given by the petitioner.

2. It is stated in the petition that on 2.9.2013, the petitioner has given a complaint to the third respondent, but the third respondent has not registered the same. Under the said circumstances, present petition has been filed.

3. On the side of the respondent, a detailed counter has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present petition, the following direction can be given: "In fine, third respondent is directed to look into the complaint dated 2.9.2013 and proceed further, if any cognizable offence is made out, in accordance with law."
