Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners in terms of the G.O.Ms.No.125 dated 27.05.1999 or G.O.Ms.No.198 dated 26.10.1998 in the light of the representations dated 06.01.2025 and 08.03.2025 submitted by the petitioners within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are eligible to be regularised with effect from the date of completion of three years from the date of consolidated pay. In this connection, the petitioners sent representations on 06.01.2025 and 08.03.2025 and such representations are pending with the second respondent.

4.At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the second respondent would consider the petitioners representations within a reasonable time. 5.In such view of the submissions, this Court, without going into the merits of the writ petition, deems it appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the above representations of the petitioners upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
