This Court, by order dated 15.09.2023, extended four weeks time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2023 in the aforesaid writ appeals and posted "for reporting compliance". Hence, these miscellaneous petitions were listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for both sides that the conditional order passed by this Court on 28.04.2023 has been complied with.
