The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 22.06.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.8253 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10111/2023 that subject to the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
