ORDER

These have been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 46 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the

sole appellant; and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 herein as appellants in the above first appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed. Necessary amendments shall be carried out. 4.Post the matter after four weeks.
