This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner complaint dated 21.09.2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.09.2021, initially enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.764 of 2021 dated 12.10.2021 and later a regular case has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.110 of 2022 for the offence under Section 420 of IPC.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
