C.M.P.No.19719 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.101321 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.V.Nicholas, learned counsel appears for first respondent. Though notice was served to the second respondent none appears before this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that he has no objection to the delay of 8 days being condoned.

4.In view of the same, the delay of 8 days is condoned and accordingly the petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
