2. The petitioner is unable to comply the conditions of this Court issued on 15.07.2024 due to financial crunch and hence, this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Considering the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as the nature of offences, this petition is ordered and one month time is extended to the petitioner to comply the conditions as ordered by this Court earlier, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
