This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 392 days in filing the above criminal revision petition against the order dated 07.02.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.17479 of 2021 in C.C.No.3105 of 2020 by the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, CCB, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 392 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
