This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15464 of 2022 dated 05.07.2022 passed by this Court as the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Tharamani Police station, Chennai daily at 10.30am and 5.30 pm., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am and 5.30 pm., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15464 of 2022 dated 05.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
