ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and to quash the FIR in Crime No. 202/2025 on the file of the respondent police against the Petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Based on the complaint given by one Mr.Velmurugan, the respondentPolice registered a case in Crime No.202 of 2025 as against the accused persons. The petitioner herein is arrayed as A2. The occurrence was said to have been taken place on 05.06.2025 and on that day, A1 and A2 caused nuisance in the public place, thereby, F.I.R came to be registered as against the accused persons.

4. This Court has also seen the video produced by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police. The accused persons have assaulted the third parties. Hence, F.I.R came to be registered. At this stage, let the investigation continue. 2/4

5. Hence, this Court is of the view that it is not the fit case to quash the F.I.R. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
