C.M.P.No.16017 of 2022 in S.A.No.89 of 2020 P.T.Asha, J., This petition is taken out to order substituted service on the 2nd respondent through paper publication in any Tamil daily with circulation in Pondicherry.

2. Since the petitioner is unable to serve the 2nd respondent despite taking steps, this petition is ordered and this Court permits the petitioner to take substituted service returnable by 03.11.2022 in respect of the 2nd respondent, the same may be circulated in any one of the Tamil daily having circulation in Pondicherry in the last known address of the 2nd respondent.

3. The paper publication shall be effected ten days prior to the next hearing date.

4. Post the matter on 03.11.2022.
