Considering the prayer sought for, notice to the respondent is deemed unnecessary.

2.The petitioners, who are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.180 of 2018 seek a direction for early disposal of the suit. Even the applications for interim injunction filed along with the suit are kept pending nearly three years.

3.Mr.R.Rajarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that despite three years having lapsed since institution of the suit, the defendant has not even filed a written statement and he has been dragging on the suit. From https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the E-Courts, print out that has been filed, it is very clear that the Court has been mechanically adjourning the suit on the ground that I.A.s are pending.

4.In view of the above, there will be a direction to the trial Court namely, the Principal District Munsif, Namakkal, to dispose of the Interlocutory Applications within a period of six months and to dispose of the suit within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
