O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation on 21.07.2014 to the third respondent, Tiruvannamalai, seeking change of patta in his name over the property situated in Survey No.1838, Block No.33, Ward No.4, Tiruvannamalai Town. On receipt of the said representation, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai in Na.Ka.B1/9736/2014 dated 08.08.2014, asked the petitioner and his brother Mr.Vijayaraj to appear for enquiry. As no further progress in the said matter, the present writ petition is filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above facts, a direction is issued to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai to conclude the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.B1/9736/2014 dated 08.08.2014, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as his brother Vijayaraj, who is arrayed as the fourth respondent herein.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai District.
