Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned proceedings in Subject No.11 of the resolution dated 01.05.2010 passed by the 5th respondent, quash the same and consequently to direct the third respondent to issue the patta in favour of the petitioner in S.No.180 ad measuring about 3.13 Acres in Vegamangalam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District as per representation dated 11.09.2009.
