ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The respondents have filed an affidavit dated 06.06.2025, stating that they have disbursed a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the petitioner through Cheque No.996263 dated 28.03.2024 and a further amount of Rs.5,72,754/- has been remitted to the Employer's Provident Fund Trust. This apart, they also claim to have paid a sum of Rs.2,08,161/- towards interest on belated payment of wages on 29.03.2025.
