ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, has submitted that the order under contempt has been complied with by the respondents, which has not been refuted by the petitioner, except the fact that another person, who is junior to him, has been appointed.

2. We are not inclined to go into the above point raised by the petitioner in contempt proceedings. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the said appointment, it is open for him to proceed against the same in accordance with law.
