3 A.SENTHIL KUMAR [ 3rd RESPONDENT / DEFACTO COMPLAINANT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for complying the order of Direction made in Crl.OP.NO. 20248 of 2021 dated 29.10.2021 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M. MOHMED RIYAZ, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.E.RAJ THILAK, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the 1st & 2nd Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for further two weeks to comply the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20248 of 2021, dated 29.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners were hospitalized and taking bed rest, they were not able to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge of Nilgiris District. Therefore, he prayed for extension of time to comply with the order of this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time for surrender. The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge of Nilgiris District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
