C.M.P.No.19377 of 2021 in C.M.A.Sr.No.104318 of 2021 P.T.ASHA. J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 379 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order in M.C.O.P.No.275 of 2010 dated 18.01.2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Vellore.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this C.M.P. is allowed.
