This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 5361 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement in C.M.P.SR.No.105053 of 2023 in SA.No.803 of 2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the delay of 5361 days in filing Second Appeal No.803 of 2011 is condoned.
