This petition has been filed for extension of time in Crl.O.P.No.16021 of 2024 dated 09.07.2024 and surrender before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Saidapet, Chennai, for surrender and execute the sureties as per order.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner is unable to comply with order due to poor financial reasons, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
