Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension issued by the Respondent in GDC No.E5/33124/2011 dated 26.09.2011 and the extension order issued by the Respondent in ACCC No.A9/2146/2011 dated 30.09.2011 and also the 2nd charge memo issued in ACC No.A1/3261/2011 dated 14.05.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to permit the Petitioner to retire from service with all consequential pensionary benefits.
