This Petition has been filed to implead the respondents 14 to 18 as legal representatives of 4th respondent namely R.Balakrishnan in the above said appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both side, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the appellant 14 to 18, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case on 26.09.2023.
