Learned counsel for the petitioner would aver that due to financial constraints, a delay of 299 days has occurred.

4.Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this condone delay petition stands ordered.

The petitioner is waived from paying the interest for the delay period of 299 days in filing the above C.M.A.
